I knew that there had to be a better way to provide professional and personal development for educators. To me they go hand in hand- professional and personal development . I knew there had to be a way to teach certain topics that are missing in conventional professional development curriculums. I have a desire and a mission to teach those topics. The late Nelson Mandela said that “Education is the greatest weapon that we have to change the world.” This coaching practice which I am blessed to have all started with me wanting a coach and searching high and low for it but I didn’t find it.
